ABLE (Disability) Ministry: This team serves members and guests with special needs, providing intentional one-on-one care, ministry, and development. Let us know if you are in need of earplugs or special sensory headset during service. Sensory room is also available.
Bible Study: This team encourages, organizes, and facilitates, the Bible study efforts of the church. We offer Bible studies in Spanish, Creole, and English.
Event Planning Team: El Bethel Church conferences and sectional events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence.
First Responders: This team of healthcare providers serves to provide triage and basic medical attention to our members and guests in the event of an accident or medical emergency at the church.
Global Missions: This team focuses on raising awareness amongst the church body about global issues that affect our missionaries, fundraising for missions efforts, and supporting other countries through providing medical and material goods.
Greeters: This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at El Bethel Church. They welcome guests and members with a smile, distribute announcement cards, obtain guest information, track attendance, and assist guests with locating needed facilities.
Guest Relations: If you enjoy connecting with new people, this team is for you! The team sets up and oversees the weekly guest receptions held after services on Sunday mornings, as well as, coordinating guest follow-up efforts (i.e. phone calls, sending emails, etc.).
Hospitality: This team handles all food service needs for El Bethel Church events and dinner sales including coordinating food prep, serving, decor, set-up and clean-up.
Little Sprouts (Nursery): This team of CPR and First Aid certified members provides care to children ages 0-4 years old during all Sunday morning worship services.
Maintenance: This team maintains the cleanliness and maintenance needs of all the church buildings and surrounding property.
Outreach: The Outreach team focuses on evangelism and reaching the lost in our community and surrounding City. Outreach efforts focus on street evangelism, serving the food insecure, providing meals and/or food baskets during the holidays, school supplies, and more!
Parking Team: If you relish the outdoors and enjoy telling people where to go, this is the team for you!
Performing Arts: This team seeks to glorify God through the use of dramas, praise expressions, poetry, spoken word, and expressive sign language. All ages are welcomed to volunteer.
Prayer Team: This team of intercessors covers the weekend and midweek services in prayer, by leading prayer before, during, and after services. Team members also facilitate prayer meetings and prayer breakfasts.
Security: This team ensures the overall safety and security of the church grounds and building. Current or retired law enforcement or military personnel and/or those with a concealed weapons permit are ideal for this team.
Sunday School: Join the team that is building the next generation through providing Christian Education for students from ages 3 and up.
Translation Services: This team greets, answers questions, and assists with translation for non-English speakers and those needing ASL interpretation. If you are fluent in any language other than English, consider serving here.
Technical Production/Media: Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches others by delivering the Word and worship through audio engineering, camera, lighting, web streaming, website maintenance, and other visual elements. This team also produces announcement and promotional videos.
Ushers: These mighty men prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
Worship Arts/Music: Through vocals (choir, worship team, etc.) and instruments, this dynamic team helps to take us into a presence of God through worship and praise.
